Around 2,000 runners, who took part in the Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon on Sunday, helped to raise funds for the CMA.
All the runners gave a donation to the charity as part of their registration fee and a team of runners also collected all their sponsorship for the CMA. Other CMA supporters collected donations on the day.
The race took place in pouring rain but cheerleaders Cheer Fit (pictured right), also wearing CMA running vests, raised spirits with a number of displays along the route.
The event was organised by Tunbridge Wells Harriers and it is the second year running the harriers have supported the charity. They hope to raise several thousand pounds for the CMA. Last year the whole event raised more than £10,000.
The race was started by double Olympic Champion Dame Kelly Holmes and is also supporting her DKH Legacy Trust.
She is pictured above with CMA supporter Cara Jackson. Also pictured below are CMA runners Steve Law and Jason Thornton.
