Ex-students from St Luke's Campus at Exeter University are holding a formal dinner in London later this month to raise money for the CMA.
The Luke London Formal is being held on Saturday, April 18th, at the City of London School in memory of former St Luke's sports and science student Mike Polden.
The Exeter University Alumni evening includes a champagne reception, a four-course dinner and a disco dance. All the 150 tickets have been sold.
The venue overlooks the Thames andhas an exceptional view of St Paul's Cathedral in the other direction.
Pete Grayson, a member of the committee organising the event, said: "As this is the first event, we decided to support a charity that was relevant to us. We chose the CMA not only because a fellow student suffered from this conditon but because it affects other youngsters and athletes.
