CMA supporter Andrew Strachan has set himself the challenge of trekking up Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, Borneo, in the New Year.
Andrew successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in September 2009 and decided to challenge himself further by undertaking the Mount Kinabalu Challenge between January 22nd and 29th. 
He has been involved in regular fitness training with British Military Fitness since March 2009 to equip him for this considerable challenge. The five day trek consists of a series of daily physical and mental challenges including abseiling, trekking, kayaking, white water rafting as well as ascending the very tough mountain.
Mark is profoundly deaf and is taking on this challenge to support the National Deaf Children's Society and the Cardiomyopathy Association.
