A team of all-round athletes, including Stephen Kinnaird (pictured above), took part in the London Triathlon at the weekend to raise money for the CMA.

Those taking part swam, cycled and ran in immediate succession. There are different categories covering different distances, but those doing the toughest Olympic event swam 1.5km miles, cycled 40km and 10km.
Those taking part for the charity included Stephen Kinnaird, whose brother John has cardiomyopathy, and Chris Hatchard.
