♥ a free helpline (0800 0181 024). You can ask to speak to our cardiomyopathy support nurse
♥ patient information booklets and CD-roms on the main types of cardiomyopathy
♥ an information booklet on cardiomyopathy in children and young people
♥ the CMA’s quarterly newsletter CMA News which includes advice on cardiomyopathy, patient stories and latest research
♥ invitations to information days around the country where patients and their families can learn more about the condition and meet others who are affected
♥ a network of volunteers (key contacts) with cardiomyopathy who give one-to-one support to others on the telephone or via email
♥ invitations to support group meetings in your area
