Celebrate someone special

What is a celebratory donation?

A celebratory donation can be made in honour of someone special to you.  Perhaps a newborn baby, a departed loved one, a friend, or a much-loved pet.  You can make more than one celebratory donation if you so wish.  Along with your donation, you have the opportunity to write a short message about the person you are celebrating.

To make a celebratory donation click here or call the CMA office on 01494 791224, email Celia Blakeway-Phillips for a form to be sent to you or download the leaflet below right by clicking on it.  Alternatively you can text your donation

In return for your donation

You will receive a special celebratory thank you card

Your message will be added to our website celebratory donations page by year (see below).  This is optional.

Your message can be seen in the celebratory book at all CMA events (optional)
