What is a celebratory donation?
A celebratory donation can be made in honour of someone special to you. Perhaps a newborn baby, a departed loved one, a friend, or a much-loved pet. You can make more than one celebratory donation if you so wish. Along with your donation, you have the opportunity to write a short message about the person you are celebrating.
To make a celebratory donation click here or call the CMA office on 01494 791224, email Celia Blakeway-Phillips for a form to be sent to you or download the leaflet below right by clicking on it. Alternatively you can text your donation.
♥ You will receive a special celebratory thank you card
♥ Your message will be added to our website celebratory donations page by year (see below). This is optional.
♥ Your message can be seen in the celebratory book at all CMA events (optional)

The CMA's work costs over £410,000 a year but we get no Government funding. We rely on the generosity of our supporters' donations, gifts in Wills and fundraising.
Thank you for your support.
