The CMA is organising a one-day seminar on Anderson Fabry Disease for doctors. The meeting is being supported by a grant from Shire Pharmaceuticals. Anderson Fabry Disease is an x-linked lysosmal storage disease which, in some people, is linked to the development of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
The meeting is being held in London on the 16th May 2009, the day after our national medical conference on dilated cardiomyopathy and left ventricular non-compaction, and aims to increase medical understanding of the condion.
