The information has been prepared with the help of medical and nursing staff familiar with each of the conditions.

All individuals must be assessed by a qualified medical practitioner. The Cardiomyopathy Association operates a policy of not charging people for the information resources we provide. Our view is that this would result in some people not being able to access the information they need.
