Celebratory donations
If you would like to make a donation in celebration of someone special, why not buy one of our celebratory cards.
Someone special can be a newborn baby, a departed loved one, or a close friend.
Celebration donations are a minimum of £5 each. To make a donation, fill in and return the form or call the CMA office on 01494 791224 or freephone 0800 0181 024 .
Those making a donation will in turn be sent a celebration card. You can either keep the card in its entirety or send back the heart shaped insert with your message on the reverse. All the returned hearts will decorate a Christmas tree at each of the three CMA concerts.
There will be a celebratory book with all donors’ names and to whom they have made their special donation.
