Giving a donation in memory of a loved one

Sadly, despite advances in treatments and care, cardiomyopathy still claims lives.  Family members often ask for their loved ones to be remembered through a gift to the Cardiomyopathy Association instead of a floral tribute.

Ways to make a donation in memory

If you have lost a relative or friend recently, you may like to remember them in a way which also benefits the Cardiomyopathy Association.  To see the different ways of making a donation in memory, please click here.

We can provide you with ‘Memorial Donation’ envelopes (pictured right), which can be used at funerals.  Please click here if you would like some envelopes sent to you. Most Funeral Directors will be happy to assist with this if you would prefer to have the envelopes sent directly to them.

Alternatively contact Celia Blakeway-Phillips, Fundraising Development Manager or call 01494 797196.
