Families are turning out to support the CMA in Big Fun Run events across the UK, and raising many hundreds of pounds for the charity.
People of all ages, including children, can walk, jog or run the 5k courses which are in safe and scenic running environments, usually parks.
The events are designed to be fun rather than competitive, so most people can take part either for leisure or exercise.
Pictured above are a family who took part in the Leeds Big Fun Run earlier this month. Deirdre Rusling and her mother Dorina, aged 68, from Ayrshire (pictured right) took part in the Glasgow Fun Run in July.
