The CMA is looking for more supporters to take part in the Great South Run on Sunday, October 24th.
The charity has 50 guaranteed places in the run and so far around 30 runners have signed up.
The Great South Run is Europe's premier 10-mile event. The flat route goes through historic Portsmouth docks, past Nelson's flagship HMS Victory and the Mary Rose and finishes on the seafront at Southsea.
The popular event is growing year by year. So if you know anyone who would like to take part for the CMA, please let us know.
CMA runners are provided with a tee-shirt or running vest, sponsorship forms, a fundraising pack and vocal support on the day.
