The concert, in Battle, Sussex, is taking place on Sunday, March 1st, from 2pm. Music students from schools around the area are taking part, playing a variety of musical styles and instruments.
Gwyneth, whose 13-year-old son Jack has cardiomyopathy, is hoping to raise more than £3,000 for the charity this year with a series of concerts and running in the London Marathon.
Another concert is being held at her home on April 19th, at 2pm. This includes a variety of music such as jazz and Gwyneth will be performing on piano.
Tickets are £4 each (£2.50 for under 16s).
