Money raised from the Mitchell Cole memorial match at Stevenage Football Club has been presented to the CMA.
The charity's chief executive Robert Hall and events fundraiser Leanne Langdon attended the ground on Saturday to receive the cheque for £20,646.
The funds were raised at the match held in May in memory of former Stevenage player and CMA ambassador Mitchell Cole who died in December.
The match, Stevenage XI v Mitchell Cole XI, featured six West Ham players, including Joe Cole and Andy Carroll.
The photo (courtesy of Kevin Coleman) shows Stevenage chairman Phil Wallace presenting the cheque to Robert and Leanne.
Robert said: "We were honoured to be invited as guests of Stevenage to receive the cheque and really can't thank them enough for the support they and their fans have given in Mitchell's memory."
