The
Cardiomyopathy
Association

The Cardiomyopathy Association has a new family of leaflets outlining what we do and how you can support our work. These full colour leaflets, A4 size folded into three, comprise:

♥ Help us to help our families - a general introduction to cardiomyopathy and the services that the CMA offers. It is designed to help raise awareness of the charity and gives you the opportunity to request specific information that might interest you.

♥ Becoming a CMA member - a leaflet that tells you about how the CMA helps members, the CMA services that members can benefit from and how you can donate through the membership scheme.

♥ Friends Scheme -  a general overview of the CMA's work and details about how to become a CMA friend and offer support.  If you are a family member or a friend of someone affected by cardiomyopathy, the Friends Scheme may be of interest to you.

♥ Remember the Cardiomyopathy Association in your Will - about the importance of legacies (gifts in Wills) to the CMA and how a legacy can be made.  There is an option to request specific information to amend your Will or make a pledge if you would like to inform the CMA of your intentions.

♥ Tribute Fund - a leaflet that describes what a tribute fund is and how you can set up a tribute fund to honour a lost friend or loved one.  These funds allow you to make a regular gift in memory of someone special to you.

If you would like to be sent a copy of any of the leaflets for your own use, several copies for family and friends or many copies for an event, please email us with the name(s) of the leaflet(s) you would like and how many copies.
