Please ensure cheques are made payable to 'The Cardiomyopathy Association'.

We acknowledge all donations, however, to save on costs, please let us know if you would like to be thanked by email or if you would prefer not to receive a thank you letter.

Alternatively, you can make a donation to the CMA by telephone using a credit card or debit card. Please call the CMA office on 01494 791224 on weekdays between 8.30am and 4.30pm and we will be delighted to hear from you.
