The provision of services for patients with cardiomyopathy continue to vary across the U.K. Improvements have been made through the development of the NSF for Arrhythmia & Sudden Death but there is still work to do.

You can help:

• Write to your M.P. or Assembly representative to ask what measures are being taken in your area to implement the NSF recommendations. Your voice counts and will be listed to. 

• Get involved with you local Cardiac Network by becoming a patient or care representative. Click on the map to find deatails of the Cardiac Network in your area ( please note Cardiac Networks only apply to England )

• Ensure your cardiac clinic has CMA patient information resources available and on display. These can be ordered by the nurse in charge, free of charge, contacting 0800 018 1024 or emailing info@cardiomyopathy.org
