Welcome to the Cardiomyopathy Association Website

 The Cardiomyopathy Association is a charity that provides information and support to families affected by the heart muscle disease cardiomyopathy. This site has information on the main types of cardiomyopathy. If you have been diagnosed with the heart muscle disease and have just found this site, follow the links on the left-hand side to find the information on the type of cardiomyopathy affecting you or your family.

Our services include a cardiomyopathy support nurse, information days around the country, support groups and a network of affected volunteers who provide support to others. If you have any questions we will be happy to help. You can email us or call freephone number (UK) 0800 018 1024.
