I am a supporter of the Cardiomyopathy Association (CMA). I or family member  have been diagnosed with type of cardiomyopathy.

The publication of Chapter 8 for the National Service Framework for Coronary Heart Disease, for ‘Arrhythmia & Sudden Death’ recommended quality standards for the management and treatment of inherited cardiac conditions like cardiomyopathy. The CMA works to promote and support the implementation of Chapter 8.

I would be very grateful if you could inform me of what progress is being made in your area to implement the Chapter 8 quality standards.
