I am a supporter of the Cardiomyopathy Association (CMA). I or family member  have been diagnosed with type of cardiomyopathy.

In the last five years the CMA has campaigned for the implementation of the recommended quality standards contained in Chapter 8 of the National Service Framework for Coronary Heart Disease, for ‘Arrhythmia & Sudden Death’ for the management and treatment of inherited cardiac conditions like cardiomyopathy.

Whilst some improvements have undoubtedly been achieved it is imperative that this work continues. With the formation of the new Government I am writing to ask for your support for the Cardiomyopathy Association's continuing campaign to improve services for families affected by cardiomyopathy.
