Myocarditis patient and relatives information evening

Royal Brompton Hospital is hosting a myocarditis information day funded by the Alexander Jansons Foundation charity. The event provides an opportunity to find out more about causes, treatments and possible impact on future health following a diagnosis of myocarditis.

The event takes place from 6-8pm on Wednesday 14 September in Seminar rooms 1&2, Ground Floor, Royal Brompton Hospital, Sydney Street, SW3 6NP.

The evening will involve:

  • Information and advice on services available to patients
  • Presentations from clinical and research staff including causes of myocarditis, risk of recurrence and lifestyle impact for future health: is it safe to exercise?
  • A chance to meet other people who have had similar experiences.
