Emotional Well-Being Online Support Group

This online group session provides a safe and supportive space for people to learn more about improving and managing their emotional well-being whilst living with cardiomyopathy.

We will explore how cardiomyopathy can affect our emotional well-being, explore ways to alleviate symptoms of sadness and worry, look at what similarly affected people find helps them to cope and how the charity can better support you.

People with cardiomyopathy, as well as supporters, carers, family & friends are welcome.

You can join the session from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

All sessions are free of charge but places for places for each session are limited to 8, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
