Self-Care & Management of Heart Failure Online Support Group

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK Support Nurse Caryl Evans, this group aims to provide a relaxed environment for people with cardiomyopathy and heart failure (and their loved ones) to meet others living with the condition.

The Self-Care & Management of Heart Failure Online Support Group is aimed at those affected by cardiomyopathy and heart failure (HF), with the primary focus being symptom management.

Many of those diagnosed with cardiomyopathy live full, active lives, however there are some who could develop heart failure. Wherever you are on the journey of heart failure, a holistic assessment is required and this new support group is all about heart failure and its trajectory.
