The Thames Path is unique; it's the only long distance path to follow a river for most of its length. Push yourself further in 2022 and test your stamina and determination on this epic challenge. Head from Putney Bridge, past Hampton Court to Runnymede, then all the way to Henley. 

If the 100km trek is a bit daunting, then you can chose a 50km or 25km trek and experience the same highlights and hospitality as everyone else. 

SIGN UP & FUNDRAISING OPTIONS:

1. Charity Sponsorship – you pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!

2. Mixed Funding – pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event place cost.

3. Self Fund –  you pay the full cost of the event place - fundraise whatever you want,  with no set target or deadline, and there’s no cost at all to the charity!
