Walk every day from the 1st - 24th December to support people living with cardiomyopathy and give yourself that well needed break each day to relax, listen to your favourite music, chat with a friend, and enjoy the fresh, winter air.
"I challenged myself to walk 10,000 steps per day. To some people, this is not a challenge, but when you come from not being able to walk up the stairs to being able to walk 5km in one go, it's a big deal. I have a long way to go but it's definitely been amazing to give back"
