From press ups to climbing Everest, whether you want to get fit or take on a new challenge; we have the perfect virtual event to suit you!

Accomplish a goal, gain a medal and fundraise for Cardiomyopathy UK.  You will be helping to raise vital funds to support even more people affected by cardiomyopathy than ever before through this difficult and anxious time.

Plank or Steps

If you want your challenge to be at home over 30 days you could learn to hold a plank for 5 minutes, or build up to walking 10,000 steps a day indoors/outdoors. A 30-Day Training plan is provided and you earn a medal. The fundraising target is £100.

Walking or Running 5k, 10k or a Half-Marathon

If you want to get fit, you can slowly build up to walking or running 5k over a period of time, earn a medal and improve your fitness. The fundraising target is £100

If you are an experienced runner why not set a challenge to run 10k or a half marathon? The fundraising target for the 10k is £150, and for the Half Marathon is £200

10K Cycling Challenge

If you prefer to cycle, why not take up our challenge to cycle 10k in one day, or over a few days and earn a medal? The fundraising target is £150.

Stay at Home Combo Pack

If you want to do your challenge from home but variety is your preference, why not challenge yourself to the Home Combo?

Complete with a training plan to build up to the following four skills over 30 days, you could earn yourself four medals! The fundraising target is £200.

  •          10,000 daily steps
  •          140 squats
  •         Five minute plank
  •        50 press ups

Ultra Challenges – Inca Trail, Everest and more!

Are you up for an Ultra Challenge? You could do our virtual overseas challenges by covering the miles of the Inca Trail (25 miles), or even virtually scale the 8,848 meters (5.5 miles up) of Everest- but without the altitude sickness! Complete over 12 weeks up and down your stairs, or even on a local hill.

Both of these challenges can either be done in one day, or spread over a period of time. On evidence of completion you gain stunning medals. The fundraising target for Ultra Challenges is £200

Looking for something a bit different? Why not try: 

  • Running or walking 5K in a virtual park – you can choose from Battersea, Clapham, Finsbury, Greenwich, Tatton or Victoria Park to earn the medal of your chosen park event. You could even cover 5k for the Team Gotham virtual event and earn a Batman medal!
  • Running or walking a virtual half-marathon in a virtual Richmond Park or Wimbledon Common.
  • Running, walking or cycling 30, 60, 90 or 120 miles in a month for the The Big Charity Run
