September Stroll 2019

Join us on the biggest ever walk for cardiomyopathy to celebrate our 30th anniversary!

Join Cardiomyopathy UK and take to your local woodlands, hills or even mountains this September and organise your very own September Stroll.

It can be anything from a family walk in the park to a challenging hike up Ben Nevis. Whether you're marching in memory of a loved one, supporting someone living with cardiomyopathy or simply walking to raise awareness, we're here to support you every step of the way.

You can organise your very own stroll around your local countryside to help raise vital funds and awareness for Cardiomyopathy UK.

It's really simple!
All you need to do is pick a location where you would like your walk to take place, set a date in September 2019 and encourage as many friends, family and members of your local community to join you as possible.
You can find inspiration from researching local walking routes or by speaking with a nearby walking club for ideas and advice on the most appropriate routes for your group.
You don’t need to look far, there are beautiful places to explore near you! It doesn't matter if your walk is 1 mile or 10, every single walker helps us raise awareness and vital funds to support those that need our services most.
We've got everything you need to make your September Stroll a success; including sponsorship forms, hints and tips, and a risk assessment grid.
Sign up today and we will send you a September Stroll fundraising pack in the post.
Thank you for your support,
