Swansea Support Group
This support group run by volunteer Support Group Leaders from Swansea Bay University Health Board is for people with any form of cardiomyopathy, their family members, friends and supporters.
This group aims to provide a relaxed environment for people affected by cardiomyopathy and their families to hear from a variety of expert speakers and to meet others living with the condition.

Saturday 28th September * 5K Your Way - Swansea Bay Parkrun *
Every last Saturday of the month Parkrun Swansea Bay have a low impact group which includes patients and their families who have cancer. They have invited the support group along.
A monthly event which aims to let like-minded people gain support and some benefits of physical activity. They have a range of abilities from just having a chat on a bench, walking 100m to joining in on the jog. A well organised and safe event with medical volunteers on hand.
We will meet there on this date - More details to follow.
All future meetings are 10am - 12pm, at Llangyfelach Church Hall, near the Plough & Harrow, at the address given at the top of the page

Venue details:
There is limited parking on site.
The venue has a ramp for disabled access and a disabled toilet.
