PPCM (Peripartum Cardiomyopathy) Online Support Group
Why not join us for this online support group for those affected by Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM)?
This group is for people affected by peripartum cardiomyopathy and their loved ones. It is hosted by volunteer and midwife Rebecca Jarman.
Rebecca has developed a special interest in PPCM due to her background as a midwife and having cardiomyopathy herself. She is currently midwife representative for the UK Maternal Cardiology Society, an affiliate of the British Cardiovascular Society (BCS). She is committed to raising awareness of PPCM amongst midwives to help improve early recognition of symptoms and appropriate referral for diagnosis. Rebecca has set up this group to bring together those who have been diagnosed with PPCM in a supportive and informal setting where they can share experiences and ask questions.
You can join the session from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
All sessions are free but you need to book a place.
