Choose from the full 50km half challenge, a 25km quarter, or even a 10km distance.
An end of season Ultra Challenge®– in the ‘Garden of England’. Basecamp is near Maidstone, with parking & weekend camping options, the main 50km looped route heads anticlockwise around the Kent Downs; on the North Downs Way to Blue Bell Hill, and following the River Medway to Mote Park at halfway for a picnic. Along the Len Valley Walk to the majestic Leeds Castle, then back to the show-ground finish line and celebration. You’ll get full support; and with 25km & 10km options also available, there’s a Kent Downs Ultra Challenge® waiting for you!

What to expect:
- Regular rest stops with free food and drink
- Training guides and optional training walks
- A challenge mobile app

Cost and fundraising options:
Option A - Full Charity Sponsorship
You pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!
Option B - Mixed Funding
Pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event place cost.
Option C - Self Fund
You pay the full cost of the event place - fundraise whatever you want, with no set target or deadline, and there’s no cost at all to the charity!

If you have your own place for the Kent Down Challenge you can still be part of #TeamCardio and support people living with cardiomyopathy. Click below to complete a registration form and you'll receive all of our #TeamCardio support and tips leading up to the big day. With your own place there's no minimum fundraising target, simply raise as much as you can.
