Introducing Coopah

We have teamed up with the official London Marathon training partner, Coopah Run Coach, to provide you with all the essential tools you need for your marathon training. With one of our places, you'll get six months access to a personalised running plan which is written by the official London Marathon training partner and some of the best coaches in the world.

Join #TeamCardio with your own place

If you're lucky enough to get a ballot place in the London Marathon 2024 we would love to have you as part of #TeamCardio. Take on the 26.2 miles in a Cardiomyopathy UK vest and support people living with cardiomyopathy. We'll be there to support you throughout with fundraising advice and training tips from our coach and we'll be there to give you a big cheer at our cheer point and at our post-race party on the big day.

I have my own place

Claire

“My brother’s condition is severe and although it is regularly monitored, he will need surgery before he turns 40. As a big sister you always feel it’s your job to fix things for your younger siblings, but I can’t fix this for him, so I’m doing the next best thing and raising money to support the work of those who can. That’s why I’m running the London Marathon for Cardiomyopathy UK.”

Fundraising safely

Many of those who take on marathons for Cardiomyopathy UK have a connection to cardiomyopathy. We have a policy in place to ensure that anyone undertaking a half marathon through a charity place with us is able to do so safely. To read our policy on fundraising safely, click here
