Cardiomyopathy is a group of conditions that affect the structure of the heart and reduce its ability to pump blood around the body. In the UK, 1 in 250 people have a form of cardiomyopathy, that’s approximately 266,000 people currently living with the condition. Here at Cardiomyopathy UK, our vision is a world where everyone affected by cardiomyopathy can live a long and fulfilling life.
